Izbeigt lietas izpēti daļā par Konkurences likuma 11.panta pirmās daļas 1.punkta iespējamo pārkāpumu SIA "Reklāmas aģentūra SANTA" darbībās. Saskaņā ar Konkurences likuma 8.panta otro daļu Konkurences padomes lēmumu var pārsūdzēt Administratīvajā rajona tiesā viena mēneša laikā no šī lēmuma spēkā stāšanās dienas.
