USTDA Funding The funding to be provided under this Grant Agreement shall be used to fund the costs of a contract between the Grantee and the U.S. firm selected by the Grantee ("Contractor") under which the Contractor will perform the TA ("Contract"). Payment to the Contractor will be made directly by USTDA on behalf of the Grantee with the USTDA Grant funds provided under this Grant Agreement.
