12. Article

Taxes USTDA funds provided under the Grant Agreement shall not be used to pay any taxes, tariffs, duties, fees or other levies imposed under laws in effect in Host Country. Neither the Grantee nor the Contractor will seek reimbursement from USTDA for such taxes, tariffs, duties, fees or other levies.
