TA Schedule (A) TA Completion Date The completion date for the TA, which is December 31, 2007, is the date by which the parties estimate that the TA will have been completed. (B) Time Limitation on Disbursement of USTDA Grant Funds Except as USTDA may otherwise agree, (a) no USTDA funds may be disbursed under this Grant Agreement for goods and services which are provided prior to the Effective Date of the Grant Agreement; and (b) all funds made available under the Grant Agreement must be disbursed within four (4) years from the Effective Date of the Grant Agreement.
