USTDA Mandatory Clauses All contracts funded under this Grant Agreement shall include the USTDA mandatory clauses set forth in Annex II to this Grant Agreement. All subcontracts funded or partially funded with USTDA Grant funds shall include the USTDA mandatory clauses, except for clauses B(1), G, H, I, and J.
