6. Article

Cap The Parties acknowledge that the aggregate of the EIF Direct Costs and Associated Expenses is subject to the cap set out in Article 10.3 of the Funding Agreement and in Article 43, Paragraph 4, of the Implementing Regulation. Should the aggregate of the EIF Direct Costs and Associated Expenses exceed such cap, Clause 14 below shall apply.
