15. Article

Drošības pārkāpums un kompromitēšana 1. Ja drošības pārkāpuma vai kompromitēšanas rezultātā ir notikusi vai ir iespējama klasificētās informācijas, kura ir izcēlusies vai saņemta no otras Puses, nesankcionēta izpaušana, tās Puses Nacionālā drošības iestāde, kur drošības pārkāpums vai kompromitēšana ir notikusi, nekavējoties informē otras Puses Nacionālo drošības iestādi un veic nepieciešamo izmeklēšanu. 2. Ja drošības pārkāpums vai kompromitēšana notiek valstī, kas nav šī Līguma puse, tās Puses Nacionālā drošības iestāde, kura ir nosūtījusi informāciju, veic pasākumus saskaņā ar šī panta 1.daļu. 3. Ja nepieciešams, otra Puse piedalās izmeklēšanā. 4. Jebkurā gadījumā otra Puse tiek rakstiski informēta par izmeklēšanas rezultātiem, tai skaitā par drošības pārkāpuma vai kompromitēšanas iemesliem, zaudējuma apmēru un izmeklēšanas secinājumiem.
