Purpose This Annex records the details of the responsibilities of the Hosting Participant (Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Estonia), and the responsibilities of the Baltic Participants to render Host Nation Support to BALTDEFCOL. 2. Principles a. Hosting Participant Support and Host Nation Support will be rendered in accordance with this Annex. b. The arrangements set out in the MOU and in this Annex do not include any support to dependants of the personnel (students and staff) at BALTDEFCOL, as this support is regarded to be an individual responsibility.
