5. Article

In case of termination of this Arrangement, Parties will prepare Termination Protocol of Arrangement on mutually agreed procedures to satisfy uncompleted obligations arising during the period the Arrangement was in force. This Protocol shall remain valid for an undetermined period unless otherwise specified by the Parties.
