All multinational shared costs
will be controlled by a Financial Management Board (FMB), which
will have representation from each Participant. The Framework
Nation for MNB (C) will also be manning the chairman of FMB.
Chairmanship of the board will change if also the Framework
Nation for MNB (C) changes.
