Subject to the circumstances at Para 5 below, the principle of 'costs lie where they fall' will apply to multinational units. Where Comd MNB (C) tasks units for tasks outside their capability declared to MNB (C), expenditure for vehicle and equipment hire will be shared proportionally between the Participants.
