Operation and maintenance (O&M) as well as Facility Management (FM) costs for equipment and consumables in MNUs, which cannot be related to a specific Participant, in accordance with the principles outlined in paragraphs 3 and 4 above, will be shared proportionally according to the personnel strength of the MNU. In addition, further details can be developed for respective MN units.
