20. Article
In accordance with the
implementation provisions set above, UNEP shall pay the NEA
directly a sum not exceeding USD 16,461 based on the
accepted cost plans identified above and the attached budget in
Annex I. The funds shall be remitted under the following payment
modality:
a) 75 % upon signature of this
Memorandum, and
b) 25% upon receipt of the revised
BCH strategy document, submission of the final financial
statement and all supporting documents as outlines in clause 9
and 14 above.
