1. Article

This Memorandum of Understanding will enter into force on the date of its last signature and for unlimited time.
  1. a)) The Sending Participant will bear the expenses for
  2. a)) Defence and security policy;
  3. b)) Military legislation and doctrine;
  4. b)) The Receiving Participant will bear the expenses for
  5. c)) Arms control and disarmament;
  6. d)) Planning and budgeting;
  7. e)) Military history, publications and museums;
  8. f)) Peace-support, search and rescue and humanitarian
  9. g)) Armed forces organisation, within the fields of personnel,
  10. h)) Environmental issues and pollution control within military
