At the sole discretion of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), it may satisfy Ministry of Defence (MoD) requests for copies of any NGA-produced hard copy / digital geodetic and geophysical data, publications and related Geospatial Information and Services (GIS) materials, with the exception of those items subject to other bilateral agreements or other restrictions.
