This Implementing Annex shall enter into effect upon signature by both parties and shall remain in effect in accordance with Article XIV (AMENDMENT, TERMINATION, ENTRY INTO EFFECT AND DURATION) of the Agreement. 8. SIGNATURES IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being duly authorized, have signed this Implementing Annex. Prepared in duplicate, in the English and Latvian languages, each of which shall be of equal authenticity. One copy in each language shall be duly signed and exchanged between the Parties.
