1. Article

The Parties to this Agreement, acting unanimously, may terminate this Agreement at any time and wind up the Academy by written notification to the Depositary. Any assets of the Academy remaining after payment of its legal obligations shall be disposed of in accordance with a unanimous decision of the Assembly.
