To supplement wording of the point 1 of the Article 5 as follows: "1. The TA budget shall be approved annually by the JMC. The annual TA budget is allocated between the JMA and the JTS. JMC, approving the TA budget, may initiate to reallocate part of TA savings to projects. If at the end of the Programme implementation period there are reallocated more funds than actually have been used for projects, the JMA will reimburse these funds to the Member States, respecting the proportion of their contribution.
