2. Article

This Protocol shall form an integral part of the Agreement and shall enter into force upon the date of its signature. Done at Vilnius on October 17, 2013 in three original copies, each in the Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian, and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of divergence of interpretation of this Protocol, the English text shall prevail.
