Šis Protokols stājas spēkā pēc pēdējā rakstiskā paziņojuma saņemšanas no Pusēm, kas apstiprina, ka ir izpildītas visas nepieciešamās iekšējās procedūras, lai tas stātos spēkā. Parakstīts Rīgā 23.09.2013., divos eksemplāros, katrs no tiem latviešu, gruzīnu un angļu valodās. Visi teksti ir vienlīdz autentiski. Dažādu šī Protokola noteikumu Pušu interpretācijas gadījumā noteicošais ir teksts angļu valodā. Done in Riga on September 23, 2013, in two copies, each in Latvian, Georgian and English languages. All texts are equally authentic. In case of divergence in the interpretation of the provisions of this Protocol by the Parties, the text in English shall prevail.
