KOORDINĒŠANA
1. SC lemj par gada POW, kurā ir izklāstīti NATO StratCom COE
sniegtie pakalpojumi un produkti. Lai izstrādātu POW, HQ SACT
nodod izskatīšanai SC direktoram saskaņotus un prioritārā kārtībā
izkārtotus NATO struktūrvienību lūgumus pēc pakalpojumiem un
produktiem.
2. HQ SACT tiek uzaicināts un citas NATO struktūrvienības var
tikt uzaicinātas piedalīties attiecīgajās NATO StratCom COE SC
sanāksmēs bez balsstiesībām un, izmantojot šādu dalību, konsultēt
NATO StratCom COE SC par NATO prasībām un prioritātēm. HQ SACT
saņem SC sanāksmju protokolu neatkarīgi no dalības sanāksmēs.
3. HQ SACT pārsūta iespējamos ārpuskārtas lūgumus direktoram
tālākai virzībai.
4. HQ SACT un direktors pastāvīgi koordinē POW izpildi,
tostarp SN un Partneru papildu ārpuskārtas lūgumu iespējamo
ietekmi. Lai atbalstītu šo koordinēšanu, direktors regulāri
sniedz ziņojumus HQ SACT.
5. NATO StratCom COE POW netiek uzskatīts par NATO vai HQ SACT
iepriekš sniegtu apstiprinājumu NATO StratCom COE pakalpojumiem
un produktiem.
