KOORDINĒŠANA 1. SC lemj par gada POW, kurā ir izklāstīti NATO StratCom COE sniegtie pakalpojumi un produkti. Lai izstrādātu POW, HQ SACT nodod izskatīšanai SC direktoram saskaņotus un prioritārā kārtībā izkārtotus NATO struktūrvienību lūgumus pēc pakalpojumiem un produktiem. 2. HQ SACT tiek uzaicināts un citas NATO struktūrvienības var tikt uzaicinātas piedalīties attiecīgajās NATO StratCom COE SC sanāksmēs bez balsstiesībām un, izmantojot šādu dalību, konsultēt NATO StratCom COE SC par NATO prasībām un prioritātēm. HQ SACT saņem SC sanāksmju protokolu neatkarīgi no dalības sanāksmēs. 3. HQ SACT pārsūta iespējamos ārpuskārtas lūgumus direktoram tālākai virzībai. 4. HQ SACT un direktors pastāvīgi koordinē POW izpildi, tostarp SN un Partneru papildu ārpuskārtas lūgumu iespējamo ietekmi. Lai atbalstītu šo koordinēšanu, direktors regulāri sniedz ziņojumus HQ SACT. 5. NATO StratCom COE POW netiek uzskatīts par NATO vai HQ SACT iepriekš sniegtu apstiprinājumu NATO StratCom COE pakalpojumiem un produktiem.

  4. d)) Approving FAP and directives for the operation of the NATO

  6. f)) Reviewing and noting the medium-term financial plan and
  7. g)) Considering and approving additional out-of-cycle requests
  8. h)) Directing auditing functions and reviewing audit
  9. i)) Recommending the terms of participation of Partners in the
  10. j)) Approving job descriptions of the NATO StratCom COE
  11. k)) Addressing other personnel, legal and other administrative
  12. l)) Providing guidance on the functional relationships of the
  13. m)) Reviewing and amending the Concept of the NATO StratCom
  14. n)) Proposing changes to the MOU and its Annexes to the
  15. o)) Noting the Director's report of any procedure in accordance
  16. p)) Establishing subsidiary bodies such as working groups that
  17. a)) Task the Director and
  18. b)) Get assistance from the NATO StratCom COE through its
  19. a)) Be responsible for conducting the meetings of the SC;
  20. b)) Overseeing the execution of the decisions taken by the

  41. c)) Publication costs of the NATO StratCom COE products;
  42. d)) Temporary contractors/consultants.
  43. a)) Initial office supplies;
  44. b)) Initial copying and printing.
  45. a)) Office and conference rooms;
  46. b)) Office rooms furnishing, fitting;
  47. c)) Initial telephone system;
  48. d)) Initial CIS equipment (hardware and software,
  49. e)) Heating;
  50. f)) Electricity;
  51. g)) Water and sewerage;
  52. h)) Repairs and maintenance related to the infrastructure
  53. i)) Security Accreditation authority to NATO Standards
