3. Article

Atļauja piedalīties starptautiskajā satiksmē §.1. Lai dzelzceļa transportlīdzekli varētu izmantot starptautiskajā satiksmē, jāsaņem attiecīga atļauja saskaņā ar šiem vienveida noteikumiem. §.2. Tehniskās pieņemšanas mērķis ir pārliecināties par to, ka attiecīgais dzelzceļa transportlīdzeklis atbilst: a) konstrukcijas priekšrakstiem, kas ietverti vienveida tehniskajos priekšrakstos; b) konstrukcijas un aprīkojuma priekšrakstiem, kas iekļauti RID pielikumā; c) īpašiem pieņemšanas nosacījumiem saskaņā ar 7.a pantu. §.3. 1. un 2. paragrāfu, kā arī turpmākos pantus piemēro mutatis mutandis konstrukcijas elementu tehniskai pieņemšanai."
