1. Article

The obligation of the Insured shall be immediately, as soon as it becomes possible, to report in written form to the Insurer on any case or event that may be considered as a reason for claiming the compensation. The Insured shall present all the information available in respect of the car accident requested by the Insurer as well as upon the request of the Insurer the Insured shall show his/her vehicle. In addition, until such presentation any damage occurred to the vehicle shall be maintained in the appearance and amount as it was just after the car accident.
