2. Article

The designated airlines of the Republic of Lithuania shall be entitled to operate air services on the routes specified hereunder; points in Lithuania - points in Latvia - points beyond and vice versa.
  1. a)) aircraft stores (including food, beverages and tobacco),
  2. b)) spare parts including engines introduced into territory
  3. c)) fuel, lubricants and consumable technical supplies
