Each Contracting Party shall bear the expenses and remuneration necessary for its arbitrator, the fee for the third arbitrator and the expenses necessary for this one as well as those due to the activity of the arbitration shall be equally shared by the Contracting Parties. Article 19 MODIFICATIONS
