Kumulācija Slovēnijā 1. Produkcija, neietekmējot 2.pantā (1) minēto, tiek uzskatīta par Slovēnijas izcelsmes produkciju, ja tā tur tiek arī iegūta un satur materiālus, kuru izcelsmes valstis ir Bulgārija, Šveice (ieskaitot Lihtenšteinu1), Čehijas Republika, Igaunija, Ungārija, Islande, Lietuva, Latvija, Norvēģija, Polija, Rumānija, Slovēnija, Slovākijas Republika, Turcija vai Eiropas Kopiena saskaņā ar Protokola noteikumiem par preču izcelsmi, kas pievienoti attiecīgajiem Līgumiem starp Slovēniju un katru no minētajām valstīm, nodrošinot, ka tās apstrāde vai pārstrāde Slovēnijā pārsniedz šī Protokola 7. pantā minēto. Nav nepieciešams, lai šie materiāli būtu izgājuši pietiekamu apstrādi vai pārstrādi. 2. Tur, kur Slovēnijā veiktā apstrāde vai pārstrāde nepārsniedz 7.pantā minētās operācijas, iegūtā produkcija tiek uzskatīta par Slovēnijas izcelsmes produkciju tikai, kad pievienotā vērtība ir lielāka par izmantoto materiālu vērtību, kuru izcelsmes valsts ir jebkura no 1.pantā minētām valstīm. Pretējā gadījumā iegūtā produkcija tiek uzskatīta par radītu tajā valstī, kur ir visaugstākā to izcelsmes materiālu vērtība, kas izmantoti ražošanā Slovēnijā. 3. Produkcija, kuras izcelsmes valsts ir kāda no 1.pantā minētajām valstīm, kas netiek nekādā veidā apstrādāta vai pārstrādāta Slovēnijā, saglabā savu izcelsmi, ja tiek eksportēta uz kādu no šīm valstīm. 4. Šajā pantā minētā kumulācija tiek attiecināta tikai uz tiem materiāliem un produkciju, kas ieguvuši izcelsmes statusu tikai šim Protokolam identisku izcelsmes noteikumu piemērošanas ceļā.
