3. Article

Ja šis Protokols saskaņā ar 2.panta 3.punktu stājas spēkā pirms tam, kad stājies spēkā Protokols par grozījumiem Konvencijas par Eiropas Policijas biroja (Eiropola Konvencija) izveidi 2.pantā un tās Pielikumā1, pamatojoties uz minētās Konvencijas 43.panta 1.punktu, saskaņā ar šī Protokola 2.panta 3.punktu pēdējais Protokols uzskatāms par anulētu.
