6. Article

RETURN OF MATERIALS 6.1. In the event of termination of the Agreement or this Implementing Annex, all hard copy / digital geodetic and geophysical data, publications, and related GIS materials that have already been exchanged, excluding hard copy / digital geodetic and geophysical data, publications, and related GIS materials on loan, need not be returned and shall remain the property of the holder unless otherwise agreed.
