7. Article

VALIDITY 7.1. This Implementing Annex shall enter into effect on the date of the last signature and shall remain in effect in accordance with Article XIV (AMENDMENT, TERMINATION, ENTRY INTO EFFECT AND DURATION) of the Agreement.
