  1. a)) managing the application process for all operations, including information and advice to applicants (e.g. by means of the application package), checking and pre–assessing applications, and informing partners of decisions,
  2. a)) projektu pieteikumu procesa pārvaldīšana, informācijas un konsultāciju projektu pieteicējiem nodrošināšana, pieteikumu pārbaudīšana un iepriekšēja novērtēšana, kā arī informācijas sniegšana partneriem par lēmumiem,
  3. b)) konsultāciju un atbalsta nodrošināšana projektiem darbību īstenošanas un finanšu administrācijas jomā,
  4. b)) providing advice and assistance to operations regarding implementation of activities and financial administration,
  5. c)) projektu īstenošanas procesa attīstības uzraudzība, apkopojot un pārbaudot projektu uzraudzības ziņojumus, uzraudzības rezultātus, finanšu īstenošanas rādītājus un izpildē panākto,
  6. c)) monitoring progress made by operations through collecting and checking monitoring reports, monitoring outputs, results and financial implementation,
  7. d)) uzraudzības pienākumu pildīšana un ERAF līdzekļu maksājumu veikšana programmas līmenī,
  8. d)) monitoring commitments and payments of ERDF funds at programme level,
  9. e)) ziņojumu iesniegšana UVK reizi ceturksnī par maksājumiem programmas līmenī, kā arī projektu (programmas izpildes darbību) līmenī,
  10. e)) on quarterly basis, reporting to the MSC on commitments and payments at programme level as well as at operation level,
  11. f)) pasākumu atbalstīšana un organizēšana ar mērķi veicināt projektu izstrādi un ieviešanu,
  12. f)) assisting and organising activities to support generation and development of operations,
  13. g)) sadarbības iestādes pienākumu pildīšana, strādājot ar programmas īstenošanas iestādēm, Eiropas Komisiju un, it īpaši, citām INTERREG III C zonām,
  14. g)) liaison with the implementing authorities, European Commission and especially with other INTERREG IIIC zones, and
  15. h)) co–operating with organisations, institutions and networks relevant for the objectives of the programme.
  16. h)) programmas mērķiem atbilstošas sadarbības veidošana ar organizācijām, institūcijām un tīkliem.
