3. Article

Based on the decision of the Task Force employment contracts for JTS staff will be concluded with the IB in the German language and under German law. An English translation of each individual employment contract, prepared by the IB for convenience purposes only, shall be submitted to the members of the Task Force as soon as possible. The IB shall ensure, that these Rules of Procedure are an integral part of each employment contract.
